This agreement

These terms apply when you use snapbgremover.com (“SnapBG”, “we”, “us”), operated from Lahore, Pakistan.

By creating an account or using the tool you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Your account

You need an account to process images. Keep your password private — you are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.

One account per person or business. We may suspend accounts that are shared, resold, or created in bulk to collect free credits.

You can close your account at any time by emailing us. Unused credits are not refunded when you close an account voluntarily.

Credits and payment

How credits work

• One successfully processed image uses one credit.
• Credits are added when a payment is confirmed and they never expire.
• If processing fails, the credit is returned automatically. You are charged only for images you actually receive.
• Editing an image in our editor is free and uses no credits, however many times you edit it.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money.

Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and charged in Pakistani rupees at the conversion rate displayed at checkout. That rate is set by us and may differ slightly from the market rate to cover bank charges.

We may change prices at any time. A change never affects credits you have already bought.

Payment verification

EasyPaisa and JazzCash transfers are verified by a person against our account statement, usually within 30 minutes. Submitting a transaction ID does not by itself confirm payment. If we cannot match a payment, we will tell you why and you can send us further details.

Submitting a false transaction ID or an altered screenshot is fraud. Such accounts are suspended and any credits are removed.

Bulk processing limits

The number of images you can process at once depends on the plan you have bought: 3 for free accounts, 20 for Starter, 50 for Professional and 100 for Business. This limit increases when you buy and never decreases afterwards. Hourly processing limits also apply to keep the service stable for everyone.

Your images and who owns them

You keep all rights to your images. We claim no ownership of what you upload or download, and you may use the results commercially without paying us anything further.

You grant us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your image temporarily, send it to our processing provider, and return the result to you. That permission ends when the image is deleted.

You confirm that you have the right to edit every image you upload.

Acceptable use

Do not upload:

• Images you do not own or have permission to edit
• Sexual content involving minors, or any other illegal material
• Images intended to harass, impersonate, defame or defraud someone
• Content that infringes anyone’s copyright or trademark

Do not attempt to bypass credit or rate limits, script the tool outside normal use, resell access to your account, or probe the site for vulnerabilities.

Accounts that break these rules are suspended without refund, and we will cooperate with law enforcement where required.

The service itself

What we can and cannot promise

We aim to keep the service running continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, hosting problems and outages at our processing provider can and will happen.

Results come from an automated model. We cannot guarantee a perfect cutout on every image, particularly where the subject and background are similar in colour, the image is blurred or low resolution, or the edges are very fine. This is a limitation of the technology, not a fault we can fix per image.

Third-party processing

The AI processing is performed by an external provider. If that provider is unavailable or rate-limits our requests, processing may be slower or temporarily fail. In those cases your credit is returned and no charge applies.

Files are temporary

Processed images are deleted from our servers three hours after processing. Download what you need. We cannot recover a file after deletion, and we are not responsible for work lost because it was not downloaded in time.

Liability, suspension and disputes

Limits of our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the credits in question.

We are not liable for indirect losses — lost sales, lost time, missed listing deadlines, or damage to reputation — arising from use of the service or from a result you were not satisfied with.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, submits fraudulent payment details, or abuses the service. Where the closure is not due to fraud, we will refund unused credits on request.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be noted by updating the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service means you accept the current version.
